Normally GSE should translate the spell to the correct language. I am not sure how i can fix this.
I can only tell you the english translation:

Geißelstoß = Scourge Strike

To get good DPS, you need azerite armour with at least 2 Magus Traits and Festermight as secondary. The amount of wounds is tuned to be between 2 and 4 to get Apoc used as soon as its ready without downtime.

Hello,
Epidemic is only used for AOE situations. I suggest you make a copy of the macro and create a second macro and replace death coil with Epidemic and use that when AOE is needed.
