Usage Information

Once you practice your ALT Pyroblast timing, you will be able to burst 7K damage and keep a constant 3K. It will improve with better gear, etc. I also use ConRO to show me when to hit the ALT… now I have it more intuitive.

This is a good marco. But i wanted to know if running at 60MS is safe? I read that most recommend not go below 100ms.

No, do not. There is a chance running anything below 150ms can result in a ban.

Hello all,
I am manually pressing the buttons. But if you have a tool to press for you, I suggest 100ms. This what I have seen as the standard timing and makes the math easier – 10 pushes equals 1000ms or 1 second.

Hello all.
I’m not sure what is being asked as I am new here but
I press the button manually on average 65ms per click (I get tired after a while). There are 14 events (button pushes) counting all the pre, main, keyRelease, and post to go through the macro top to bottom. Not count Alt Pyro.
14 x 65ms = 915 ms. I have three fire blasts (12 seconds cooldown), three phoenix flames (25 sec cd) Combustion is 2 min CD. That is why I have Fireball and scorch when the sequence has everything in cool down.

Does that answer the question? or am I missing something?

Why are you so toxic? ive been using these macros for YEARS between 20-100ms. Seriously stop talking rubbish and just get on with playing the game.

running at 250ms? wow. I was using 100ms and was wondering why the dps is so low

Rules change over the years. Like this year, where it changed from allowing multi-boxing to it now being a bannable offense. Pushing a button an inhuman amount of times can lead to a ban. It has been confirmed by support many times in other threads and on the WoWLM discord.

To be clear, I said on average because I am pressing the button and paying attention to see if I crit.
fireball, combustion, fireblast, ( do i have a crit? Yes= Alt pyroblast, No=continue sequence) … etc
so I really can’t give a specific timing… however I do have a sequence that will support a specific timing. Let me know what you think:

and as mages we have “Shifting Power”
why does the macro use “nochanneling” for its cast routines?

please understand this is not a dig or a moan, i need to understand if i am missing something here?
