You should focus and using shadowstrike most as possible with talent who generate enery to spam it.
Priority for sub rogue in Single target pve are :
1 ) Maintain the Symbols of Death buff.
2 ) Activate Shadow Blades if available.
3 ) Activate Vanish, refresh Symbols of Death if necessary, and use Shadowstrike.
4 ) Maintain Nightblade on your primary target and a secondary target if present.
5 ) Enter Shadow Dance if you have 2 or more charges.
6 ) Try and get at least 4 Shadowstrike inside of Shadow Dance.
7 ) Cast Goremaw's Bite on cooldown.
8 ) Use Eviscerate spend Combo Points when you cap.
9 ) Cast Backstab to generate Combo Points.

Always open while in Stealth
Symbols of Death > Activate Shadow Blades > if any on-use trinkets or racials > Cast Shadowstrike 3 times > Apply Nightblade > Cast Goremaw’s Bite > Cast Vanish > Cast Shadowstrike as much as possible > Dump Combo Points with Eviscerate &/or DFA > Activate Shadow > Cast Shadowstrike as much as possible > Always Maintain Nightblade.
Do not waste Shadow dance time by spending combo point when you are in Shadow dance just maintin Symbol of death and then spam ShadowStrike as much as possible.
With your artefact all your dps are based on ShadowStrake. you can t do a good macro witout put shadowstrike on your priority
and you forgot about using Trik of the trade ! Is to much important because when you will make a good rotation with a maxed Artefact, you will deal tons of dmg
