Yea it is very mana hungry, but Ive been clearing Heroic with it so long as you use your mana tea around 20 stacks i end the fights with about 20% mana. I also only use Borlands mouse over healing macro when need to heal the sporling trinket. The single heal macro eats alot of mana as well.
Is it mana-efficient?? No. Was I able to heal 12-14ās with a 455 iLvl?? Yes. Iām digging this macro so much. Made my monk fun once again!

Iāll play with this tonight and report back, and I also figured out some of my mana problems. I wasnāt properly using my teaā¦ Iāve been burning it at 20 stacks, or when the fight ends (as I didnāt want to lose it mid-pulls). Completely wrong strategy and that is on meā¦

Running 13s right now (462 iLvl) and Iām doing much better with mana, along with using version 2 of the Macro. So far so goā¦ About to do a 13 Fall. Letās see how the healing holds up at the endā¦

Somehow the new talents are not working ? It could be me but I am hoping someone can chime in . 
Also do you use version 4?
There is only 2 versions on my macro.
I think you should delete macro and import again.

to be honest, since patch today I have felt alot of things not working right. Rotation on different toons feels sluggish, bugs in dungeons (tree boss DHT the saplings are randomly aggroing on people without it appearing so in the UI) (Morchies dragon form staying up after she blasts) etc etc.
I dont know 100% what theyve changed on Mistweaver but it doesnt feel as effective as it did yesterday!
Yea i feel the same, but i changed a bit in macro again because i think i made it worse. I took out mana tea and Sheilunās Gift so its used manually for best usage when its actually needed Main post updated again.
But i will look into what the hell exactly they did because i have no clue atm. I havent looked that up

ill give it a go. It was supposed to just be talent name changes and percentage changes to mana tea. Seems theyve done lots more!
Or i made macro shit because i changed abit yesterday. Lets see how this goes.
