We are getting some substantial buffs this Tues so I might be back on the DH train. All of it is passive mitigation which is where we were extremely weak.
I have an idea for another M+ variant if I find high M+ a little less stress inducing.
I run it at 250ms. However what speed you run it at is really dependent on haste and connection speed etc. I recommend testing at 250 and than trying 150 and seeing if it works better for you.
ElvUI is currently version 13.17 which I’ve been using without issue. I don’t use adibags but you can try disabling the addon and than trying it against target dummies.
You can try this to trouble shoot it if the macro cycles but doesn’t cast abilities.
